SHIPPING POLICY

We at Sandhya’s Plus, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian courier partners to ensure seamless delivery of all orders  Shipping inside India is free of cost, Out of India shipping cost to be bearded by the customer, all taxes are applicable as per Government of India and payable by the customer.

Custom Duty: In International orders, custom duty/charges may be applicable as per Indian and the country of import’s custom department.

Shipping TAT: 3 business days, customers will get tracking ID of their shipments, so they can track and know when they will receive shipment.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or delays resulting from incomplete address listings or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.  In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay return and re-shipping charges for the reshipment. We will not give any refund, returns, replacement, and exchange for a reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, Sandhya’s Plus may agree to provide credit that may be used for future orders.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest.
